[Innovo Group] is a multidivisional sales and marketing organization which designs, imports and distributes accessories, craft and apparel consumer products to the retail, private label and specialty markets through its subsidiaries.
PasTech Solution
With so many subsidiaries, Innovo Group needed a consistent, reliable method of exchanging information and managing customer accounts. Using Edisoft Merchant Express EDI package, PasTech developed a complete EDI interface with an advanced database relationship. PasTech also developed a ledger and payables system associated with QuickBooks accounting software, a credit management system and a sales history and report tracking system. In order to house these systems, PasTech procured the necessary hardware and implemented a data backup and recovery solution. Future plans include building a data infrastructure between their Tennessee home office and California warehouse facility. |
